I was a resident of Eagles Landing for 3 years. I should have left way before I did.

While living there, my car was broken into and my motorcycle would have been stolen had I not put disc locks on it.

Our building lost heat and hot water many times. Maintenance was slow to respond and never done right the first time. Neighbors were always noisy and cops were in and out constantly to respond to domestic disturbance calls and noise violations along with a few drug busts. There is usually trash and toys and other items all over the property. The office staff was sometimes friendly and sometimes not so friendly. The buildings are getting old and very dated.

The whirlpool and sauna never worked for the 3 years I lived there. The main pool was usually very dirty and green with debris and algae.

The one nice thing about living there is that it is close to everything. You can drive 5 minutes and get to just about anything you might need.

If you want a nice, secure, worry free, well-maintained place to live.... this is not it. Look elsewhere!
