Not the newest, nor the nicest but I have lived here for 3.5 years and overall think it is nice. The front office is very friendly, maintenance 90% of the time is fixed promptly. Some neighbors can be loud at times, but I don't see how that can be a complaint about an apartment complex. Most of the people I would say are middle class and stick to themselves. Rather diverse. Pool has recently been redone and is nice, workout facilities are adequate. Best thing about the place is the location.
