Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived here for 1.5 years and it wasn't that bad. It wasn't great either, but I never had any real problems. The office staff were fairly nice and I never had any problem with security or anything. Just make sure you turn in your form that says what's wrong with the apt. or they will stick you for damages that were already there when you moved in.
