When I moved here in August of 07 it seemed like a great place to live- but it's not. I have a one bedroom, one bath, which is very spacious but when we moved in our barefeet turned black from the carpet that was supposedly shampooed before we got there- it was disgusting. We were told we would have a choice of gray carpeting or tan carpeting in our unit- we chose gray, only to find out that when we moved in that the person giving us our tour had lied because they only offer one carper color choice. There is mold growing around all the windows, and they require you to sign a mold addendum to your lease stating that you will inform them in writing of any mold problems, otherwise you will be held responsible for mold removal when you move out. Never had any problems with the applicances, but as the other posters say- the outside doors to the apartment NEVER lock. There are two doors to each building, neither of which lock properly so anyone can walk into the building at any time. Parking is good, never a problem. Every time I go into the leasing office to pay rent there are new employees- no one person has stayed there more than a few weeks, that just goes to show what a great place to work it must be. You can choose to have an in-unit washer dryer, which is brand new and works great- but you have to pay extra for the hookup and to have the washer/dryer in your unit. Maintenance requests are usually answered in a timely manner, but you may have to ask three or four times before they come. You can pay extra each month to have an "upgraded" unit, which means you have track lighting in the bedrooms, and new cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms- biggest waste of time. I ended up paying $840 a month for what turned out to be a really crappy apartment- the hot tub hasnt worked since I moved in, and they have made no attempt to fix it- plowing in the winter is horrible. For this area, you end up paying way too much money for a horrible apartment. This type of apartment should cost about $300 a month, so don't get ripped off like I have! I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move out.

I asked about the hot tub....they showed me copies of the invoices they have paid to have it repaired...and it is scheduled to be worked on again in the spring. The plowing I haven't had problems with...they do the plowing themselves, which is much better than the other complexes around who rely on some idiot company. Ever thought that this person typing this review has a different issue? Perhaps they have gotten complaints about them and are lashing out? Problem with this website....it sucks!

A quick question about noise? The apartment is soooo close to the Hwy? Do you constantly hear traffic or does it stay pretty quiet around there? Thanks!
