It's no wonder that people who have had no interaction with the office staff other than paying rent think they are great, because when you actually have questions about your lease or problems with your unit- the office staff are seriously the most unhelpful, rude, lazy people I have ever come into contact with. Unless you are signing a new one year lease, they don't want to waste their time on you. Anytime I have a question or concern, I wait up to 45 minutes in the office for someone to help me- and only AFTER they have helped people wanting to sign new leases. You would think their current residents would be just as important as new ones- but not with these people, once you have signed your life away they don't care about you anymore. I understand the management is new but that doesn't excuse their indifference when it comes to the residents.

yeah...u r correct...They dont take fast action if we give compliant about the needs which want immediate action like leakage of water from toilet bowl ...like that.....
