Upon signing the lease at this particular complex, there was a mold addendum freeing the company of all liability for mold issues within the building. After moving in, we reported a leak in the basement numerous times, and this problem was not fixed for 8 months. As a result, mold was strewn throughout the basement. The leak even ruined some of our stuff in the basement storage cages. The complex doors never locked. The fitness room was always in very poor repair. The hottub never worked, and the pool was always very dirty and cold. The floors and walls are very thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing. The staff was also very rude (after the lease was signed, of course). Overall, you're better off going anywhere else. The parent company for Eagle's Landing is BDB Properties. Steer clear at all costs.
