This place is truly awful- the office staff is rude, unhelpful, and never knows what is going on. They have new employees almost weekly and you can never count on them to do anything. The apartments all have mold, repairs are never made on time and if they are- they aren't fixed properly. You will get the royal treatment when they are trying to get you to sign a lease, and as soon as you do- you will never hear a nice word from them again. I have waited days for phone calls from the office to be returned, upwards of an hour to speak to someone in the office (because apparently future tenants are more important than current ones)- please avoid this place at all costs. The apartments are old and dirty, walls are thin, all sorts of repair problems that the clueless maintenance staff don't know how to fix. I don't know how these people stay in business- rent is way too high for what you get. Apparently the City of Troy Building Inspector has had lots of complaints from Eagle's Landing tenants, and its not surprising at all.
