Eagles Landing of Troy formerly Village Park of Troy
< | >
I moved into this complex approximately a year ago. I was lured in with the inexpensive rental rates. I was living out of state so I made arrangements months in advance, when I arrived I signed my lease and received the keys to enter my apartment. That is when the nightmare began. The apartment was nothing more than a slum, filthy carpet, missing light fixtures, the stove did not fully work, there were holes in the kitchen floor, and the cabinets were beyond filthy. It took two reguests to get the cabinets cleaned and about 4 months before the stove was properly repaired (that took about 3 to 4 visits by maintenance). The outer hallways are filty with carpet stains and cobwebs, and I recently had to call about the dirty basement to be cleaned after repair work was done. I encourage anyone who is interested in moving to this complex to reguest that they see their actual unit before they sign their lease. The add ons are a scam, they charge for water per month, I have friends who own homes who do not pay as much as a I do on a monthly basis.
