I moved in to the apartment complex two years ago, and moved out at the end of july 2009. I was promised to receive my security deposit within 30 days after I move out. Yet, until today I have not received any payment from them. I stopped twice and ask then to resolve my problem, but they were not interested to help me out, because I am not their customers anymore. I will say do not stay in the apartment, otherwise you will suffer badly if you decide to move out in the future.
