I've been here for 2 years, almost. Linda the leasing coordinator is nice and professional. My apartment is Huge for a one-bedroom. Very spacious. Decent price.

I truly dislike that there are a lot of non-residents hanging around the lobbies. They tend to be rude, not making way for you or helping you with the lobby doors as your arms are filled with grocery bags.

Although the lobby/common areas are non-smoking, that doesn't stop tenants (& visitors) from smoking in them. I am an ex-smoker, so I understand the habit. But I've always been respectful to those around me. I'd appreciate the same. This problem is more prevalent in the winter...smoking in the lobby as they wait for the car to warm up. Not my problem that it's cold out.

Also, you'll often find cigarette butts in the lobby hallway and all over the walk ways. Management IS trying to resolve this issue.

I would recommend this complex to others.
