I have lived at Maplewoods for 2 years and this year I will not be renewing my lease. I have not been pleased with this complex, nor the residents living in it. The apartemnt itself is fine but the neighbors will likely drive you insane. They are rude, loud, obnoxious, and just plain annoying. They let their kids destroy the entire place and it is quite distressing. The apartment complex has no manager that lives on site, which I think is the main problem, and the people destroy everything that the managers are trying to fix.

In my tenancy there the carpet in the hallways and catwalks have been replaced, the roof has been replaced, and the parking lot redone. The management is trying to make it a nice hospitable place to live, but the neighbors keep destroying everything. So, if you like TONS of loud, obnoxious kids that run around screaming their heads off all day and all night and leave their toys and such for you to trip over and break your neck, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, skip it and look elsewhere because, trust me, they will drive you insane to the point of wanting to purchase a gun and killing them all.
