I waited until I moved out to write this review. They promptly refunded me all of my deposits without deducting any hidden charges. The concierge really takes care of everything you need (limosines, concert tickets, cleaning ladies, etc.) I thought the sales staff seemed a bit pretentious at times, but the maintenance staff was the best. I am completely satisfied with Regents Park. If you have to stretch your budget to live at this place - don't: you may have unrealistic expectations and end up bitter and unhappy. However, if this is well within your budget, or if your company pays for your rent, then I highly recommend this place.
