This apartment complex can't seem to find compentent office staff. Just when I thought they had found one they replaced them with this new staff that doesn't seem to know thier head from thier butt. They are all relatively new to the company or they are just completely ignorant. The maintanence staff is well maintained though. Work is done promptly and right. They even have a 24 hour emergency pager and someone who works weekends to make sure we have service seven days a week. Neighbors are quiet for the most part, thin walls, but I expected that with an apartment.
