I have lived here for 2 months now and absolutely love Regents Park! Here's just a few things..

PRO'S

- Great location, close to I75, and within minutes of great places to shop and eat (to suit all budgets). I was worried that being so close to the main roads would mean that it was noisy, but within the grounds it's very peaceful and quiet.

- The staff are exceptionally friendly (even remembering everyone's names), and there's no task too small or trivial. The maintenance staff have always been prompt and reliable and even help out with things like wiring our new dryer.

- Beautiful scenic grounds which are kept pristine.

- Each month there is a community event to meet some new people and score some food & a drink (or 2).

- Open, Under cover or underground parking options

- indoor pool, spa & sauna

- nice 24hr gym which very few people seem to use.

- security gates to keep out unwanted sales people.

- New buildings so there's no structural issues or drafts under windows etc.

- Although we haven't met too many residents yet, everyone seems quite friendly.

CON'S

- No utilities are included in the rent except garbage. Have to pay for water, sewage, gas & electric.

- No AT&T cable tv enabled

- WOW is the default provider, but you can get a dish if you wish.

- Sound from above apartment seems to travel down to us at night (not too bad though), but have never heard any noise during the day.

- you only get 1 postbox and 1 pedestrian gate key which is annoying if there's more than 1 of you.

Overall this place is fantastic, and well worth paying that little bit extra for. We definitely feel like we're living it up but not paying excessively for it.
