The Good:
My wife and I moved from Chesterfield Farms(a.k.a. HELL!) to here and were instantly pleasntly suprised by the area and the people. If you have kids this is a great place for them to make friends and Troy Union (Elemeterary) is amazing when compared to Lanse Cruise. It is very easy to get to M-59 from here and that is a plus. The buildings exterior in my opinion is in decent shape each apartment is offset so annoying your neigbor with noise is less likely to happen. The berber carpet is a plus if you have kids and shoes that get worn inside. For the price I paid($815/Month) I would say it was a decent value.

The Bad:
The actual Management Company is some unknown company off site...they have a staffed office but most of the time when I had an issue they said I would have to check with the main office. Issue 1: you are expected to carry renters insurance...which is not a big deal...but when I opted for thier insurance and then went and got my own from State Farm they wouldn't let me cancel the policy from them!' Issue 2: Shortly after moving into our apartment they sent us a letter stating that those who had a gas dryer (laundry) would have to pay a $20 premium per month...not in my contract..so sorry NOT going to pay. Issue 3: I had purchased a 2004 vehicle and had it parked in the parking lot when thier crew of guys cleaned the leaves off the lawn they blew them directly on the car...they didn't make a single effort to go arround it...when I came out to get into my car it was covered in dirt...who knows how many stones or small pieces of wood were blown on to it. The interior build of things is quite low...almost all of our closet doors were broken at one point or time...AC/Heater was continously blowing fuses...maitnence guy tried saying it was our fault! Last but not least water heater SUCKS! I have had to wait as long as 10 mins for hot water...and they WAAAAAAAAYY over charge for gas.

p.s. Parking is a nightmare too..not allowed to use car ports unless you pay extra for them.

Don't get me wrong every place will give you problems from time to time and OVERALL this is a good place to live in my honest opinion. But it could still stand to improve.
