The good, the bad, and the ugly

The GOOD: The apts.
themselves are pretty spacious and set up nice with the staggered construction.
No noise to speak of.
Carpet and the kitchen are very nice.
Maintenance was pretty good.
I had to replace a furnace and that took a couple of days in the dead of winter being the only exception.
THE BAD: There is absolutley no excuse for the heat bill being that high.
Hot water was pretty slow to heat.
THE UGLY: The roads are horrible.
It's like riding down a pot hole filled Detroit freeway.
Embarrassing for guests to experience.
FINAL SAY: It would definitely be worth it if there was just a tad more good than bad.
However, their problems are correctable if they choose to do so.
