Only been here 7 months but so far am quite happy. There have been one or two instances of unruly kids causing problems but you get that anywhere parents aren't actively involved. The one down side is hot water sucks in the am. There is only 1 water heater shared by 3 apartments. I usually get a hot shower after about 10 mins of running the water (I think the pipes have to clear). And every once in a while I don't get any hot water at all.
