I have lived at Rochester Villas for almost 1 year and it has been absolutely horrible. My lease expires soon and I can't wait to move out. I thought we were getting a wonderful deal on a beautiful townhouse. Boy, was I wrong. They show you a perfect model of what they say you will be moving into. Then they stick you in a bug infested, dirty slum. When you call to place work orders the office staff acts like you are interupting them and they can't wait to hang up the phone. The manager is even worse. She doesn't even try to act courteous to residents. If the management company wants to keep their residents, they need to replace her with someone who actually cares.
Just keep in mind that if something seems too good to be true is probably is. They offer a great deal to get you in door for a reason - they can't keep people living there for more than a year. There is a reason for that.

the manager has been replaced with a new manager who cares and is responsive to your needs. if you have problems with a manager, or staff, do your homework and simply call the main corporate office instead of whining "oh poor me".
