I have lived here for 4 years and it has become a nightmare. Badly behaving children rule the streets and complex. No parental control or monitoring. The place is outdated, poorly insulated and the quality of the residents has hit bottom. There isn't any neighborly consideration when it comes to parking, noise, trash, fighting...

The lease is too much money because all the kids are bad behaving and it is no use to live there.
