If you have children they don't care, they will let anyone move in. They're are at least TWO registered sex offenders, and they know about it. When it was brought up to their attention they responded that they probably were not on the lease. So what if one of their child got snatched and raped tehn maybe they would care. The criminal background check is a JOKE! The list can go on and on, but I have children so theat really is a HUGE concern. You never know your next door neighbor might be a sexual rapist preying on 13 and under!!!!!!!
