My wife leases apartment for a large company, and we use to live at one of thier complexes. We should not have moved. The apartment are spacious and well maintained, but the walls are thin, groundskeepers are rude, and management is unfair. I have lived here for 5 months and am now moving out due to eviction. I recieved a written notice to clean up more after my dog on a tuesday and recieved an eviction notice that saturday dated from wednesday. VERY STRICT. All I got from the management was"we are well within our legal rights, and we are sorry you feel this way." I have always paid my rent in full and on time, and never complained about anything. So out on my ass they send me and I am happy about it. I can hear my upstairs neighbors having sex about three times a week, I can hear them open thier dresser drawers, and walk all over thier apartment all day. These apartmnets are old and noisy, and I would tell you not to move here unless you like overpaying for minor conveniences hopeing they don't throw you out.
