Somerset Park provided good value for money when we moved in. In recent times, they have made residents pay for gas heating instead of increasing the rent.
It's a very large complex that is maintained well at least in terms of community areas. Long walks/ jogs in summer are nice.
Fixtures are a little old, but maintenance responds quickly most of the time.
Decent overall and I had a good time living here for nearly three years.
The office treated us fairly when it came to returning the deposit.
