Decent, but overpriced recently.

Somerset Park provided good value for money when we moved in.

In recent times, they have made residents pay for gas heating instead of increasing the rent.

It's a very large complex that is maintained well at least in terms of community areas.

Long walks/ jogs in summer are nice.

Fixtures are a little old, but maintenance responds quickly most of the time.
Decent overall and I had a good time living here for nearly three years.
The office treated us fairly when it came to returning the deposit.
