OK, but really bad management

The apartment is great. The storage downstairs is nice.. just be aware of the fact that it is just a fenced in cage and valuables don't belong down there... and have insurance as it says in the lease that you have to have.
My issue was the management. They flat out lie and will call you a liar to your face - even if 3 people were there and remeber the lie being told. Get everything in writing.
Avoid Stacey and Sharon at all costs as the mother and daughter team will LIE through their teeth to save their own rear ends. They just want the money is all. They dont care about screwing you over as long as they get their money.
I watched them completely take advantage of a senior citizen who was absolutely confused and incoherent taking his money and sending him on his way. This while waiting to be lied to again.
The noise is a serious problem as well. The walls and floors are paper thin. The plumbing makes a horrible racket.
So.. yeah. I would reccomend this to people based on the apartment itself. The apartment is nice.. Their specials are nice.. but the management are crap.
(And to clear things up... after comments... all procedures for reporting issues were followed. I contacted in writing Ms. Terry Balbot who was the property manager as well as the leasing manager - Pamela (who was the person screwing over the senior citizen). These issues were completely disregarded. Future issues were also ignored. It took a letter from an attorney to get a response, and even then there was no resolution to that issue. )
Since moving out... I do not reccomend this place to anyone and have since changed my rating. This place is crap.
Noise is a SERIOUS issue. You can hear everything. And the plumbing is ungodly loud.
I only rate this as not the worst place, because this place is a step above the place I lived before... but that place I had my apartment robbed, car stolen, had murders in the complex and knew the cops on a first name basis when I had to call them for the man upstairs beating his girlfriend and kids. So... as a matter of perspective, its not that bad.
And as a reference, I left that place in move in condition. Better than when we took over the sublease. I still was charged for things that were clean and in perfectly fine repair.

Stacey is not the daughter of Sharon, Instead it is Erica.

Unfortunately, this ???anonymous person did not take the time to contact either the Leasing director or the property manager to address thier concerns. If management is not aware of an issue there is no way to correct the situation.

See, the management cares enough to see what others are saying, proving this guy might not be right.

This person DID take the time to talk to the leasing manager (Pamela if I remember correctly)AND contacted the property manager (Ms. Terry Balbott)in writing to get things corrected and was completely disregarded. I had an attorney contact them still with no resolution.
There was a Stacy that was there at the time that I was told was Sharon's daughter and who had gotten her the job. She was hugely pregnant. She probably is no longer there - which is a good thing.
And these comments right here, totally prove that the management is a bunch of liars. How come when I was moving out, when Sharon was showing the apartment across the hall, she wouldnt let me speak with a prospective resident who was looking to ask me questions? Hmm? Perhaps fear of someone telling him how it really is?
If the management spent more time working on their customer service skills and preventing reviews like this... they wouldnt have to troll websites and bash the users.
