Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006

i moved here from other apartment where i was paying less but since the apartment complex and community looks good i thought to move out ,thinking i will get more value for more money
.first of all the management is too rude faaaar rude beyond imagination,
.maintainance is so poor ,i couldnot get one simeple thing done repaired in 5 months ...all they know is quick fix
.apartments are so noisy that i can hea my neighbour talk as if the live with us in same house
.laundry is small and just one machine for 8 houses where in my previous the machines were big and better and 2 for 8 apartments
.oh my gawd the kids play area is very very bad the slide is so dangerously steep to climb that it can be used safely by kids beyond 4 years of age .
.there is no exaust fan in kitchens and what looks like exaust is just a fan to circulate the air away from the stove top ..so now u have the whole cooking smell in your house and building
.the heat is not free but if u notice your heat vent also is used to heat the basement and the common area ..so u land up paying for it too
