Dont be lured by the seasonal move in specials and referral discounts. The administration there is most unfriendly and obnoxious. They are quick to slap you with fines for 1 day overdue rents, even for first offense. They charge you 65.00 if you get locked out of the house and you call "emergency maintanence", they are never abailable by phone, they want everything in writing. For example if you smell you neighbors cigarrete smoke , they want that complaint in writing before they say anything to them. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. You will be better off homeless.
