The maintenance department is unresponsive and the administration people are rude and greedy with no concern for humanity nor customer service. The buildings are old and falling apart. There was a skunk living in my building and the emergency maintenance people didn't come by for FOUR days. The smell was enough to drive us all out of the building and they accused us of overreacting. There are signs in the basement that ask us not to do laundry before 8am to be considerate of our neighbors. That's great, but the grounds crew routinely use weed whackers and lawn mowers at 7:30am and are unresponsive to verbal or written requests. Even though there is a security guard that drives around at night, my neighbor had his car jacked up on blocks and the wheels were stolen off his car in the middle of the night. Things in the hallways and basements are not safe, even if they are locked up. There are holes in the basement walls 6 inches by 2 inches and they don't bother trying to patch them. The windows leak like crazy. Complaints to the management about ANYTHING fall on deaf ears. This place may look nice in spots, but don't be fooled. I'm moving out as soon as I can.
