The size of apartment they advertise on their website and brochure is incorrect and there is a difference of at least 150 sq feet between the disclosed and actual dimensions.

I have reported this to attorney general for false advertisment.

The apartments are on Crooks and Kirts Blvd and here the raod is full of pot holes, puddles, debries for about a mile around the aprtment and is good enough to ruin your suspension.

The staff looks unfriendly and greedy.

After you move in, they treat you different.

They have hidden fees that they try to tell you in the end.

For example, there is a common meter for every building and for 6 months / year, you will pay 50-60 bucks per apartment for heat bill and they say that it is distributed equally on everyone.

You actually are paying for heat for your apartment, hallways in the building :).

The building and fixtures are falling apart and cheap.

They charge extra for covered parking.

The paperwork is easier than some others.

They have certain move in dates and you can't move in on the day of your choice.

THe inside of the building is usaully not very clean.

THey lie to you that the other units have laundry machines so that is why you have one machine in the basement but then you realize that it is a lie.

Only expensive thing you see there is the cars outside the leasing office owned by the staff.

Rest is crap.

The exhaust in the kitchen is just a fan and not an exhaust so your house smeels like food all the time unless you keep the window open.

Good thing about it is that it is closer to freeway and malls.
