There are Rats around the buildings and admin are happy to blame the residents and ignore doing anything about it.

If you complain, they'll blame you.

I called the maintaince to come fix my A/C since it is not blowing cold and very weak stram of air is coming. The staff came after 4 days and didn't even bother to fix the it. It is still as it is. Don't expect any quality here. The closets have 50 year old fixtures and they come off when u open them. I got hit on my head with the heavy closet door when it fell on me.
