It's such an awful experence living in Somerset! Our unit has a severe problem of noise. A loudly sound is arising when people upstairs is using water in their bathroom. It happens day and night, on and off very frequently. We haven't had a sound sleep since we moved in three weeks agao. I 've made formal complains to the maintainance office and administrative office respectively. However, there is no mechanical problem which is related to that noise could be found. So we are forced to apply for an apartment transfering. I submited our application and taiked with property manager about this issue on Monday,Sept15,2008. So far I haven't got any response from the Administrative Office. To make the long story short, I've never met such unprofessional with misbehavior Administrative staffs in my life before. Our basic needs and rights of human beings is violated In Somerset Park Apartment.

Good luck. You might want to contact an attorney if you can for them to take you seriously. They are terrible. Just cut your losses and move RIGHT now.

I sympathize with you. You must live in Somerset Park Apartments of Troy. The behavior of the administrative staff are terrible. Some of them lie and discriminate against Tenant. You have the right to terminate the lease according to Michigan Law Establishes Right and Obligations For Parties To Rental Agreements. I suggest you to move out of Somerset Part Apartments.
