You can find anything from mice to rats to rodents (probably racoons) in your apartment.

The administration and maintenance are lack-lustre and care only about getting the rent on time.

If you get an apartment here, you will sharing it with so many rats that you will start to become mad about your decision to move in very quickly.

Make sure you aren't asthamatic or have some other allergic problems because they will become more serious once you move in due to these problems.
