Toilet flush not working is NOT AN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ITEM at Somerset Park. Very Bad Maintence. No action taken for 2 days !!!

I live in Somerset Park Apartments and my toilet flush stopped working and I contacted somerset emergency maintenance department on saturday. There was no action taken by the maintenance team the whole day. I called again on Sunday to report this again. Aparently, for JODIE, the emergency maintenance phonce call department person, this toilet not working for 2 days issue - is NOT AN EMERGENCY MAINTENCE issue and she is not planning to report this matter to the plumber until MONDAY !!!
JODIE has a real attitude problem and she kept arguing that the non-functional toilet in the apartment is NOT AN EMERGENCY MAINTENCE issue !!!!!!!!!

yes...this is right. in fact i say..everybody should evacuate somerset apartments..maintenance has a attitude problem. in fact now they are turning racial too...this is serious. somebody pls. inform INS...
