Okay, I live at Somerset and have never had a mice or rat problem. And as for the maintanance crew, both times that I have called them, for minor things, they were out that day. The location is great. Everything you need is close by. There is a big park for the kids and a great area to walk. The only I haven't liked is that I can hear the people above me quite a bit. I will definitely be renewing my lease.
