I have lived here for over 30 years in 1,2 and 3 BR apts.

(depending on my marital
status!).

Now in a 2 BR apt.

Some neighbors above me have been a bit noisy and others you could never hear them.

Pot holes are mostly in the streets which are dependent on the city of Troy for maintenance.

I had one mouse in 32 years.

not terrible.

my only complaint is the slowness of the greens on the golf course! not often you can walk to a golf course and tee off immediately! maintenance is perfectly adequate in my opinion.
