Not a good value. Very high rent and many problems with matainance. Mgt has poor attitude and acts very unprofessional. Have been here for a few years and the complex has gone downhill consistantly year after year. Problems with the pool in the summer and the rules that apply to tenants dont seem to apply to mgt. Think of it as living in a white trash trailerpark at twice the price. Lots of garbage around dumpsters and weeds growing in landscaping and parking lot. Needs help.
