Very bad Maintanance and arrogant office lady

Years at this apartment: 1999-01-01 - 2001-01-01

heating problems in Winter i.e not sufficient heat.
Alleged electricity rigging.
Very bad maintainance of surroundings. Lots of insects getting into balcony and house.
Carpet gets damp due to damping from underneath during winter.
Veryu irresponsible manager lady. Darlene.
