I have heard Darlene complain about people calling in to request maintenance, and thought if it bothered her that much she was in the wrong line of work, but the maintenance staff, especially Rob, have always been fairly prompt and very nice.

I've lived here two years, and we're only moving because two bedrooms is no longer large enough for our growing family. It has been a pleasant stay for us. We've rarely had things break on us (although they had to do a LOT of work cleaning up/repairing after the person who lived here before us.) Anything we found that didn't work or broke shortly aftter we moved in (because of the previous resident - shoelaces in the dishwasher'') they were quick to fix, and apologetic about.

The one weird thing about our apartment was finding strange holes in the floor underneath the carpet. I don't know why they're there, only that I would have thought they'd notice them since they replaced the carpet right before we moved in.

It's not ritzy, or very beautiful, but it's a comfortable, safe, quiet place, and I've never had any kind of confrontation from the office staff. Of course, I tend to be a polite person, and find that people generally react in kind.
