Unprofessional management. Daralene, the office manager, is rude, ignorant, and GED material. She changed rules and regulations but failed to include them in the lease but holds tenents accountable. However, they (mangement) do not hold themselves accountable any excuse is suitalbe. The complex is poorly maintained. The maintanance staff lack the necessary skill to effectively maintain the property.

The walls and ceiling inside my apartment are peeling. I've lived here 2 years and have had my apartment painted 4 times. The carpet is stained from water damamge and they hae not replaced it. My tub need to be resealed. You can only take a 5 minute shower because that is how long the hot wter last. During the winter it is hard to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature due to the cheap windows.
