The price was a lot for what you get. Nothing special about the apartments. Mild pest problems including ants, silverfish and rolly polly's on first floor apartment. Safe community though, and manager tries to do well. It was a one-man-show when I was renting there in 2000 rather than a big corporate office overseeing everything. No club house or fitness room, but well maintained pool.
