After my first month in this apartment, I started counting the days until I could move out. The carpet is old, stained and has cigarette burns. For weeks, I was vacuuming up animal hair and sand. The dryer vents into the apartment instead of outside, which I assume is the cause of the extremely high moisture level. The apartment also has a terrible bug problem. If the exterminator comes (at your request), you find them dead throughout the apt. If you don't call, you'll find various living bugs running around. You can believe I will not renew my lease, and if the costs of breaking the lease weren't over $2000, I would have left after the first month.
