Do not even waste your time thinking about moving here!! Darlene is the biggest B**** that I've ever encountered!! First of all, she's dumber than my nephew (he's 2 yrs old.) I don't think she ever took any grammar classes in school. She has no clue how to even compose a simple memo!! I'm thinking she didn't pass the 2nd grade. She'll act like your buddy until you have a valid complaint. Then, watch out. She'll do anything and everything to make the rest of your time at Sunnymede a living hell!! If you're one day late on your rent, expect an eviction notice with court/legal fees due too! I talked to many of the neighbor's when I lived there and I did not meet one single person that had ANYTHING good to say about the B****! Residents were counting down the days until their leases expired so they could get the hell out of that hole!!
Oh, and even though there is a nice pool, forget about it. Darlene and her friends own that too. You can expect the memo saying the pool will be closed on certain weekend days during the summer because she and her friends are having a pool party. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT!!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

If you are taking the time to read this review, look at the other complaints. WESTMT01 has posted a "positive" response to every negative review. It is probably Darlene trying to cover her own butt. I completely agree with this assessment of her personality, which even comes out when she is writing under an assumed name.

You got an eviction notice when you were one day late with the rent? That doesn't make sense! She takes rent late, but does charge a fee for it, depending on how many days it is late. I have goofed up a few times in the years I've been here and all that happened was I had to add money to the check to cover the late fee. Do you mean one MONTH late with the rent?
