misserable place only beacuse of the management and the cost of utilities. no basement storage space, primitive heating system and a/c, electric water heater every thing here to give you sleepless nights. expect $300- 400 per month utility (two electicity bills - one extra for water heater), $200 gas charge thanks to the broken windows and not sealed balcony door. I had fallen in the trap becaus of the two month free month offer, but when you add up extra utility bills, this hor rible place is more expensive than many of the best managed apartments in troy. I comletly agree with other reviews about the manegment, but for me the catch is in the utility bill.

I agree that the mgmt stinks. I complained about that already... They must have their heat set on high. The highest bill I've had is $112 for heat and that is for a period when it was below zero with the wind chill for an extended period. My highest electric bill with the water heater has only been $70. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment to boot. I have no "broken" windows and haven't seen any. They should be calling the office to get it fixed if that is the case. I, too, got the two months free and it has worked out well for me. It's not the nicest place in the universe, but it's certainly not the worst. It's quite and my apartment is comfortable. It's worth it to me. It's cheap with the deal especially if you want a washer and dryer. $300- 400 is way too high. The management does suck.

the only good about that apartment is parking, snow removal, and the maintanance man. He is the only decent human being in the management. Darline is a shame to the entire civilised world.

How did you manage to get such high bills? I am one of those people who is always cold, and in the winter I've got my thermostat set to 73 and my bills were half yours! And I always forget to dial down when I leave, too!

I had a high gas bill last winter and I left the heat at 67 the whole time.
