I've actually lived at Sunnymede twice - I moved out to live somewhere else and it didn't work out, so I came back again. It's totalled 10 years, although on this lease it has been just over 1 year - I signed a two-year-lease. I love it here. I find the manager and her help to be quite nice, and the maintenance staff has always fixed my problems quickly. I've never had a problem with noise or anything, either. Weird...
