I don't think many people even realize this place is here; it certainly seems to be a big improvement over other apartment complexes in the area.

Good Points:
- haven't had many maintenance problems, and the few I've had were minor and resolved promptly
- nice location off Wattles; easy in and out of complex since it isn't off a busy street
- plenty of hot water and good water pressure
- staff is courteous

Bad Points:
- right next to I-75 so eastern apartments have highway noise (you get used to that, though)
- noise issues; I would recommend a second floor apartment (I'm a very quiet person and a former neighbor below me actually complained about the sound of me walking back and forth in my apartment! 2nd floor you just hear some toilet flushing and shower noise, talking can be perceptible from apt below but not from apt next door)
- rent has been raised about $20/month every year (but maybe that's typical)
