The apartments are a little older and the countertops and cabinets a little dated, but the grounds are very nice. There are many mature trees - a nice screen from busy roads (with the exception of I-75, which I imagine is more noisy, although I've never noticed it).
Barb is very helpful and professional, and the maintenance service is great.
The apartments were clean when we moved in - freshly painted and no strange smells.
I was shocked to see how much storage space we had in the 2 bedroom apt. There's a HUGE walk-in pantry off the kitchen, a large front coat closet, two hall closets, a large linen closet in the bathroom, a walk-thru closet into the bathroom from the master bedroom, and a whole wall's length of closets in other bedroom.
The only complaint would be the noise above -I live on the first floor, and our neighbors seem to be running around upstairs all the time. I occasionally hear their baby cry.
Overall, this is a great apartment complex. The rent price is excellent for the area. I feel that if we were to compare another apartment complex of of the same price, we would find that Three Oaks is superior in every category.
