After being a resident for 2 years - the local Resident Manager could not advise whether or not an incentive would be offered for an upgraded apartment. Amazing, how the answer did not come until after the first of the month - when we are now legally obliged to pay (you guessed it), another full month of rent on a month-to-month basis! Something fishy going on at this place. Read the fine print - all notices have to be written - I'd recommend having it witnessed - so they don't misplace it!
