My roommate and I came to Three Oaks after living at another apartment community in the Troy area and we couldn't be happier here. I've read some of the negative comments that have been posted and can honestly say that the things they mention have never been a part of my experience here. The staff has been nothing but pleasant and easy to deal with. We had to call maintenance one evening and they had the problem remedied very quickly. We are coming up on the end of our lease and definitely plan on renewing ... I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends looking for an apt.
