Ehh...

Two main issues...the Noise and the poor construction.
Very loud, at least the apartments by the highway..make no mistake you can hear the traffic from I-75, 24 hours a day! In addition to this, whenever it is windy, the noise level becomes unbearable and the windows, at least mine, are very poorly sealed. At my expense, I've sealed them to some degree of improvement, but far from peaceful.
The exterior walls are so poorly insulated, I cannot stress this enough...while the living room might be 68 degrees, it is not far fetched that the master bedroom, which has two exterior walls, is 15 degrees colder. Not a joke! This can make for an unbearable night's sleep. Be prepared to pay a hefty gas bill, considerably, if you want to have a warm bedroom during the winter. Hefty!
In my building, and since all the others are identical, I can imagine this is not exclusive, you can hear the neighbors at all times. The walls are very thin. Everytime a door opens or closes, no matter how gently, you can hear it. The Laundry room can be heard whenever it's in use. Chatter in the hallway'...you guessed it...you can hear every word. I can imagine a cross section of the walls would look like a piece of cardboard with 18 layers of beige paint...it's that loud!
On a positive note, I've not experienced, nor heard of any safety issues. The residents in my building are generally polite and keep to themselves. Nobody is deliberately loud...but you don't need to be loud, the walls are not insulated for noise. The seemingly bare min imum level of adherence to building code as far as the quality of materials used to construct this place is what makes it loud.
Parking has not been an issue. I, nor any guests have had trouble finding a spot.
While it has taken some time to get a simple repair completed, the man who performs them is friendly and considerate. It seems it's the office staff who makes things difficult. I've tried numerous times to call during business hours and almost always get the answering machine.
