Upon touring the apartment it seemed to good to be true, but just wait until you move in! Doors are CONSTANTLY slamming shut at all hours of the day and night, people refuse to hold the elevator for you, on friday and saturday night kids will come home from the bar at 2-3am and BLARE their music in their cars in the parking lot for hours. You have to fight to keep an average temperature in your apartment all the time. It feels like living in a dorm. They offer free heat but it's so hot you don't even use it. Building is old and we had mold grow under a piece of furniture due to a leak we didn't know about. It ruined the furniture. Had nine people living illegaly in a two bedroom apartment and had to complain almost every day for two and a half months to get the issue and noise to get resolved, and only got resolved because they were evicted! Lay out of the apartment is very nice, but are overpriced for the living environment that you get. Office staff is friendly and helpful, but after issue after issue, it doesn't really matter anymore, sadly to say.

Person is right about noise. Problem is that there is no insulation between the walls. However, the floors are solid. Possible to hear neighbors talk. Everything is connected too - odors travel from apartment to apartment, neighbors slamming down faucet handles can be heard all around and wake you up. Doors are metallic, leading to noise mentioned here. Not worth money you pay.
