The place looks very nice inside & out. They plant fresh flowers and keep the grounds very maintained. On the rare occasion I need maintenance they are there same day or the next. The office staff is so friendly/helpful-we thought our rent was $10 more then it was and they gave us a credit back-very thorough. The floor is wood laminate in one room-carpet in the rest. Nice private pool area. Only reccomendations if living here-get a gym membership-the one they have is way out dated and opt for a washer/dryer in unit as the communal ones are constantly being used it's hard to get a load in during nights and weekends.

This is not Village Green of Troy. We have no laminate floors, nor do we have options for washer and dryers. PS: Apt. was bought recently. No longer a Village Green property. |
