I lived there for a while and it was decent. It's a little too expensive for what they offer. No central air. The layout isn't that great either. That sounds all bad, doesn't it' Umm...
It's a relaxed atmosphere. Nice neighbors. Close to the freeway. Not a lot of drama. People go to work, come home, and just chill. Young families, young singles. The tenants are nice, friendly people.
The apartment building itself might not be the best, but the people who live there are good. If the rent wasn't $200 to high (for what they offer) I'd move back there.
I think that if they want to charge $900, they should allow pets, offer like, a free gym membership somewhere, maybe put new A/C in, otherwise, it's really more like a $750 apartment.
I hope this made sense.

Makes sense, and you are right -- too much money for what you get. Should be $100 to $150 cheaper.
